Lamb Tagine

Ingredient List

2 Pounds Sirloin Steak
5 Tbsp Suya Spice
1 Cup Peanut oil
Salt to taste
1 Beefsteak
Tomato (seeds removed) and sliced
1 Red Onion sliced

Cut steak into uniform cube slices and in a bowl add spices and mix evenly and well into the meat. Add peanut oil and mix well. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and allow to marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours. Alfre marinating, skewer the beef slices( if using wood skewers, presoak them in water prior to use) and place on baking pan and place in oven and set oven to broil. Cook for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot with sliced tomatoes and onions.
