¾ Cup Turkey Pan Drippings
½ Cup chopped Red Onions
½ Tsp. Afrofood Birdseye Chilli
½ Tsp. Afrofood Curry Powder
½ Tsp. Afrofood Thyme Leaves
1 Cup chopped Tomatoes
1 Tsp Chopped Garlic
1 Tsp Chicken Bouillon
Over Medium heat, place sauce pan and heat up pan drippings till hot. Add tomatoes, onions and garlic. Saute for about 1 minute. Add seasoning and spices and reduce heat to low. Cook for additional 5 minutes. Serve hot
