2 tuna steaks (About 8 ounces each and 1 inch thick)
2 tbsp. olive oil
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Vegetable oil for oiling the grill
Heat grill to medium high to high (about 350 to 400 degrees). Meanwhile, rinse and towel dry tuna steaks. Brush oil on tuna and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Using tongs, dip a paper towel in some vegetable oil and rub over the hot grill grate. Place fish on the grill and cook uncovered turning only once. Cook for about eight minutes and reduce the heat to medium or move fish to cooler side of the grill. Cook for an additional five minutes.
Serve hot topped with charmoula sauce
