Although we are usually able to ship your order on the same day, occasionally, extremely demands will deplete our stock of a particular product. If this is the case, the item will be placed on backorder and we will notify you via email. If you would like to receive the item when it becomes available, your credit card will be charged for the item only when it is shipped, and you will not incur additional shipping charges.
Orders may be cancelled with advance notice. If you wish to cancel a recently placed order, we will do everything possible to honor your request; however, if the order has begun its journey through the shipping process, it cannot be canceled or revised. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we will gladly accept your return of any non-perishable items.
Your personalized message will be enclosed with each gift order. It may be necessary to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value within a gift collection in order to meet your requested delivery date.
